It is our goal to provide an environment free from the normal restaurant culture. We will act as one uniform team with one common mission: service the guests. Outside of the restaurant we will continually push our staff to take advantage of what surrounds us - hike, ride, fish, camp, run, read, learn, energize, and enjoy the beauty!

Each dish is a carefully designed composition. Ingredients are thoughtfully sourced and prepared to enhance the depth
and balance of every plate. To protect the integrity of these creations, we kindly avoid menu modifications.
as part of our commitment to wellness, we have consciously moved away from processed seed oils.
We use avocado oil in all vinaigrettes and beef tallow for all fried items.
